House rules & terms

Kindly follow these guidelines for a harmonious living experience.

1. Security Deposit: 50% of rent in advance (Prepaid). Refundable less maintenance.
2. Electricity: Charged at ₹14 per unit as per actual consumption.
3. Self Utensils: Bring own cutlery & clean after use.
4. Monthly Rent: Must be paid by first week; late penalty applicable.
5. Management: Responsible for food & accommodation only.
6. Valuables: Management not responsible for loss of personal items.
7. Bedsheet Mandate: Always use a bedsheet; color damage leads to deductions.
8. Key Charges: Room Key ₹500 | Cupboard Key ₹300
9. Vacating Notice: 15-day notice mandatory before vacating.
10. Missed Notice: Rent liable for remaining days from notice date.
11. Maintenance: ₹1,000 deducted from deposit as maintenance charge.
12. Visitors prohibited from entering upstairs area.
13. No smoking inside rooms — zero tolerance.
14. Conduct: Non-conducive behaviour may lead to termination.
15. ID Proofs mandatory at the time of joining.
16. Self-Kitchen only; no induction/gas in rooms. Food not allowed in rooms.
Payment: Cash preferred. UPI/Debit Card: 2% extra | Credit Card: 4% extra.
